I've blogged previously about my adventure into T25 with my friends from work. Today I'm adding to my fitness challenge with a 30 Day Squat Challenge. When I started to tell my boyfriend about my T25 workouts, he started to question my form and technique, especially since I was complaining about killer hip pain. After showing me how to do things right, he encouraged me to try a 30 Day Challenge with squats! (Don't get me wrong, I was a little nervous, but with his encouragement, I think I can do it!)
