We're officially one week away from the start of our state assessments. My students will take three days worth of testing for ELA during the first week of April. We then have a month until the state math assessments, which take place during the first week of May.
I have to be honest, my kids are running out of steam...and fast! At this time last year, my students were tired, but they gave it their very best to get through the final "cramming" the week prior. I don't know what it is this year, but my students don't have the stamina for the review work this year.
Tonight I started to search for different ways to get my kids pumped up for the test. I've been thinking of games, videos and other incentives to get my kids excited and ready. I thought I'd share what I found with you!

Good luck to all my fellow teachers out there. We'll get through it!!! Leave any of your suggestions below on how to get through this tough time of the school year! I'm sure we'd ALL appreciate it!!
