I. am. guilty. :( I confess, I'd rather do anything else but workout. I've started a small workout group with some friends to keep the motivation up. We try to workout together a few days a week. The days that we can't meet up to do our T-25 workout, we text one another in order to have some accountability. I will be completely honest with you: I skipped my workout on Monday and Tuesday last week. I had both days off, and I guess I was really giving myself the days off. The problem is, I felt like this week was a wash. Since I didn't give it my "all," I don't think I got the full benefit out of the workout for the rest of the week.
I got thinking...I need to collect ideas and tips in order to stay motivated. This post is dedicated to staying fit and active because I want to...not just because it's the right thing to do. I hope this post helps you, too!
