Sunday Funday: Something to Make You Laugh

Last week, I posted about the Sunday Blues.  After thinking long and hard about the goal for this blog, I decided to turn Sunday night into a fun post!  Dawn and I have been blogging for a month already!  Time flies, and I have to say, I've thought about my life a whole lot more now that I've been pausing each day to write.  If you never pushed yourself to write something each day, I challenge you to try it.  It's a really fun, empowering experience.

I have something to admit: I love kids.  I spend 5 days per week with 8 and 9 year olds, and some of the things they say completely crack me up.  There are times that they say something super silly, and I have to either cover my face or turn around so they don't see me laughing.  The thing is, they totally know that I'm cracking up, and it makes them laugh MORE!

I love Valentine's Day, too! I know, I know, it's a day that is commercialized and has become a complete money maker for retailers.  I will fully acknowledge that.  But life goes by so fast, why not take the time to just say, "Hey, I care about you" or "I love you" or "my life is better because of you."

So, in honor of the month filled with pink hearts, chocolate kisses, and flowers, I'm going to try to focus some of my  posts toward love.  I hope you can stop and think about who you care about in your life, romantic or just close family and friends, and be more thoughtful about telling them how much you care about them.

In honor of my love of children, and the month of love, enjoy SoulPancake's video Little Kids. Big Questions. All About Love.

Happy Sunday! Love you!! xo
